Booking & Availability
How do I book a babysitter?
You can book our babysitters by contacting us or through our booking from our website.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible(at lest 2 weeks before of your event), especially for weekends, holidays, weddings, and large events. However, we may also be able to accommodate last minute requests depending on availability.
Can I request a specific babysitter?
Yes. If you have worked with one of our babysitters before or have a preferred caregiver, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you provide babysitting for evenings and weekends?
Yes. We offer flexible childcare options, including evenings, weekends, and special occasions, subject to availability.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
When you book we do not have any cancellations or change of the booking date
Babysitting & Childcare
What ages of children do you care for?
We provide childcare for infants, toddlers, preschool, kindergarten, and school age. We match the caregiver to your children’s ages and individual needs.
Will the babysitter bring activities for my children?
Our babysitters can provide age-appropriate activities to keep children happy and engaged. We can also follow your preferred routines, games, or activities.
Can you follow my child's normal routine?
Absolutely. We can follow your child’s usual schedule, including meals, naps, bedtime, playtime, and other routines.
Can you care for more than one child?
Yes. We can arrange care for multiple children, depending on their ages, needs, and the required caregiver-to-child ratio.
Can you provide care for children with special requirements?
We can discuss individual requirements before booking and arrange suitable childcare where possible. Please provide us with all relevant information in advance.
Safety & Babysitters
Are your babysitters experienced?
Yes. Our babysitters are carefully selected based on their childcare experience, qualifications, reliability, and suitability for working with children.
Are babysitters background checked?
Yes all our staff have vulnerable sector police report check.
Are your babysitters first-aid trained?
Yes, all our caregivers have first aid and CPR Level C certificate.
How do you choose the right babysitter for my child?
We consider your child’s age, personality, routine, and specific requirements when selecting a suitable caregiver.
What happens if my child needs help or becomes unwell?
Our babysitter will contact you immediately and follow the instructions you provide. In an emergency, appropriate emergency services will be contacted.

Yes. Depending on the location and requirements, our babysitters can provide childcare at hotels, private homes, venues, and event spaces.
Can you arrange childcare for a large group of children?
Yes. For larger groups, we can arrange multiple qualified caregivers to provide safe and appropriate supervision.
